There are a variety of resources available to help you as you employ, inspire and empower people with Down syndrome. DSAMn offers programming for employers as well as those seeking employment. One in five people of working age in the U.S. has a disability, yet despite well-publicized talent shortages, the national unemployment rate for people with a disability is nearly twice that of the broader population. For people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), that number climbs to 81%.*
