This year's golf outing is headed back to Deer Run Golf Club! Join us on May 11th for a day of golf and fun! Foursomes begin at $800 and include a round of golf, cart, box lunch, casual dinner and swag! Registration is limited to 144 golfers

Foursomes start at $800. Includes greens fees, cart, box lunch, swag, happy hour and dinner for four. We are excited to be back on the west side of the metro this year at Deer Run! Though Deer Run Golf Club has all of the modern amenities such as the latest E-Z-GO golf carts with GPS units, Ohio White Sand, fully stocked beverage carts, the Aces Guide®, and automated power T driving range.
Sponsorships
Silver Sponsorship - $1,500. Includes golf and dinner for four, company name on all print and electronic materials & promotions; logo prominently displayed on one (1) hole sign at one of the events.
Gold Sponsorship - $3,000. Includes golf and dinner for four. Company name and logo on all electronic materials, verbal recognition during dinner program; logo displayed on one (1) hole.
Platinum Sponsorship - $5,000. Includes golf and dinner for four. Recognized as platinum sponsor, company name and logo on all electronic materials; logo displayed at event registration; logo prominently displayed on two (2) holes.
Presenting Sponsor - $10,000. Includes golf for four; company name and logo on all print and electronic materials & promotions; verbal recognition at the event and an opportunity for sponsor remarks; logo displayed at event registration; custom hole sponsor sign with logo prominently displayed at registration, dinner, and at the turn; opportunity to give each golfer promotional gift and materials. Limited to one sponsor.
Corporate Hole Sponsor - $500. Does not include Golf. Includes your company's name and logo prominently displayed on one (1) hole.
Family Hole Sponsor - $250. Does not include golf. Picture of your family member with Down syndrome displayed on tee box or putting green.

Join DSAMn Self Advocates for Dinner After Your Round!
Join us after DSAMn’s Tee It Up for Down Syndrome event for a relaxed dinner and awards celebration. Kick back with a drink, enjoy food hot off the grill, and celebrate the day’s highlights in a beautiful setting overlooking the course. While more casual than last year’s dinner event*, the evening will still be staffed by adults with Down syndrome serving as hosts and bussers—welcoming guests and creating an atmosphere that reflects the heart of our mission: inclusion, opportunity, and community. Dinner is included with your foursome.
*Due to the amazing popularity of our more formal Community Dinner that was held in conjunction with the event for the last two years, DSAMn is turning that into a separate event. We will be hosting two stand alone Community Dinner events this year..."A Summer Soiree" in June and "A Festive Feast" in December. More details coming soon!
