Individuals with Down syndrome age 18+, join us at Pamela Park in Edina on September 12 , 4pm-6pm to celebrate the end of summer!
There is no cost to attend this event.
Dinner will be provided. GF options will be available. RSVP is not required, but it is appreciated.
